(L.A.) Jason Mudie, 56, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Mudie.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

RIP JASON MUDIE (May 11, 1968 – August 8, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
