The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Madariaga of Pasadena.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Stefany.

Cause of Death: Glioblastoma

The decedent’s surname is correctly spelled as Madariaga and not Madriaga.

We do not know if he was injected with synthetic mRNA.
