Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his place of residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Lowart.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:34 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
