(L.A.) Jason Giannini, 35, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Giannini.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam

RIP JASON GIANNINI (September 11, 1989 – December 30, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:32 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
