Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Jason Dye. Born in Alameda County.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Acute Toxicity From Combined Use of Fentanyl and Ethanol
Other Significant Condition: Chronic Polysubstance Abuse; Schizophrenia
