(L.A.) Allan Fuentes, 38, Died in a Garage

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred in a garage.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Allan Fuentes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Drug Intoxication From Combined Use of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Polysubstance Abuse
