The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Baldwin.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hyperlipidemia, Obesity, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Malignant Neoplasm of Anus, Urinary Tract Infection
