The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Janet Washington.

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Chronic Kidney Disease; Systemic Atherosclerosis; Hypothyroidism
