Duloxetine is a medication used to manage major depressive disorder (MDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), fibromyalgia, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Off-label uses for duloxetine include chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy and stress urinary incontinence.

Lamotrigine is an anti-seizure/anti-epilepsy drug first approved for use in the USA in 1994. It is considered a first-line treatment for primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (including simple and complex partial seizures and focal-onset tonic-clonic seizures) and Lennox-Gestault syndrome.

Tramadol is a strong pain medication used to treat moderate to severe pain that is not being relieved by other types of pain medicines.
