(L.A.) James Swist, 59, Died at a Freeway Off-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a freeway off-ramp.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Swist.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Heroin Toxicity
RIP JAMES SWIST (June 27, 1963 – January 31, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:15 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
