Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jamal Matta and listed his race/ethnicity as Middle Eastern or North African [sic].

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Aortic Dissection

Cause of Death B: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
