(L.A.) Jacob Zagha, 33, Died in a Parked Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parked vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jacob Zagha.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Morphine, and Methamphetamine

RIP JACOB ZAGHA (May 28, 1991 – July 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:57 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
