Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 87-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jack Lowrence.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Atrial Fibrillation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Lawrence.
