The coroner’s office identified the man as Jack Hurwitz.

Cause of Death A: Consequences of Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension
