The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ignacio Reza.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Cause of Death C: Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Chronic Alcoholism and Hypertension
