The coroner’s office has identified the man as Howard Gatliff.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Cause of Death C: Coronary Artery Disease

Cause of Death D: Hyperlipidemia

Other Significant Conditions: Metastatic Prostate Cancer, Severe Anemia, Senile Dementia, Dysphagia
