(L.A.) Holly Irwin, 47, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Holly Irwin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Mitragynine, Quetiapine, Prochlorperazine, Alprazolam, Morphine, Pregabalin, and Tizanidine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.

Mitragynine is the most abundant active alkaloid in the Southeast Asian plant Mitragyna speciosa, commonly known as kratom.
