Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 90-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Herb Folkman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
