The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Heidi Polk.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
