Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hector Vargas.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Drug and Ethanol Use

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity; History of Heart and Kidney Failure
