Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hector Antunez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Probable Peptic Ulcer Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, and Effects of Cocaine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
