Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Heather Juden.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Oxycodone and Ethanol

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Depression and Bipolar Disorder
