(L.A.) Haylee Guzman, 23, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Haylee Guzman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Alprazolam, Fentanyl, and Lidocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:38 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
