The coroner’s office identified the woman as Guadalupe Hernandez.

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; Asthma; Hyperlipidemia
