(L.A.) Gretta Ibañez, 36, Ended Her Life

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Gretta Ibanez.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol and Fentanyl

RIP GRETTA IBAÑEZ (September 28, 1987 – January 31, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 6:55 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back.

According to a GoFundMe, the decedent had been “found unresponsive in her home.” She is survived by a teenaged son.
