Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Graciela Lopez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Congestive Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: History of Atrial Fibrillation, Chronic Respiratory Failure, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Rheumatic Valvular Disease, Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), and Remote Substance Use
