Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Glenn Fonseca.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease
