Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gerson Zelidon Valdez.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Death

Cause of Death B: Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive and Ischemic Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol Abuse, Hepatomegaly, and Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 19.
