(L.A.) Gerardo Carrillo, 42, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gerardo Carrillo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
