(L.A.) Genevieve Federhen, 34, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Genevieve Federhen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The decedent identified as mixed race (German/Irish and Chinese-Malaysian). She had also been known as Geni Argueta, having been married to Frank / Francisco Argueta.
