The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gary Butler.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methadone

Other Significant Conditions: Acute on Chronic Cavitating Mycobacterium avium Complex Pulmonary Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
