Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gary Bellamak.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam and Heroin

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
