Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Freddy Tellez Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:52 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
