The coroner’s office has identified the man as Freddie Hubbard.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Renal Failure

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:59 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 24.
