Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 23-year-old Asian male that occurred on a walkway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Franz Husges.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

RIP FRANZ HARRIS HUSGES (February 10, 1988 – August 3, 2011)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:56 a.m.

The decedent was a Cerritos College student who jumped to his death at the Cerritos Towne Center parking lot.

He may have been of mixed German and Thai descent.
