Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Franklin Thompson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Benzodiazepine, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:13 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
