Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Frank Navarro, resident of Acton.

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday morning.

The decedent was fatally injured in a head-on traffic collision at 5:50 a.m. on Sierra Highway near Vasquez Canyon Road in Canyon Country.
