The coroner’s office has identified the man as Franciscus Loukrezis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Chloroform Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Amphetamine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:59 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 8, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
