The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Valenzuela.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 17. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
