The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Murguia Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Cellulitis of Hands

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
