RIP FRANCISCO GOMEZ CASTELLANOS (May 22, 1997 – October 9, 2024)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:12 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
The cause of death due to the combined effects of oxycodone, diazepam, alprazolam, and clonazepam is typically attributed to the synergistic depressant effects these drugs have on the central nervous system.
