The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Curiel Jr.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Ruptured Arteriovenous Fistula

Cause of Death B: End-Stage Renal Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

RIP FRANCISCO CURIEL JR. (March 27, 1961 – March 20, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 2.
