Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 89-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Aguirre.

Manner of Death : Natural

Cause of Death : Hypertensive and Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma of Head

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Cerebral Atrophy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

Indded, in mid-May, the Department of Medical Examiner changed their determination of manner of death from natural to accidental.

The investigator is Anthony Gonzalez, the pathologist Dr. Edwin Partovi.
