Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Latino male that occurred on the 101 Freeway in Encino.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Chaz Castillo.

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

The decedent had apparently stepped out of a disabled vehicle after a chain-reaction crash on the freeway.
