Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fernando Gabriel.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:49 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
