Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latin American male that occurred on a freeway.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fabio Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Traumatic Asphyxia

Other Significant Condition: Glycosuria
