Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a five-year-old Latino male.

The coroner’s office identified the child as Ezra Miguel.

Cause of Death: Drowning

The government investigator had initially stated the decedent had died at a private residence.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
