Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old Asian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Eun Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Right-Sided Pelvis Fracture

Cause of Death B: Ground-Level Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Aortic Stenosis, Hypertension, Stroke
