Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Eugenia Smith.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Fentanyl, Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:08 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
