The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ethel Wheeler.

Cause of Death A: Probable Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Acute Bronchopneumonia, Organism Not Established

Other Significant Conditions: History of Hypertension, Nephrosclerosis with Pyelonephritis, Cardiac Fibrosis with Microthromboembolism
